DAVID A. GUTHMAN, M.D. is a 1984 graduate of the University of Illinois, and received his medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School in 1988. He completed his 6 years of urologic residency in 1994 at the Mayo Clinic. He is board certified by the American Board of Urology, is an active member of the American Urologic Association and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Guthman practices in all areas of adult urology and routine pediatric urology.
JAMES W. FAULKNER III, M.D. graduated from Kenyon College and is a 1980 graduate of Rush Medical College. He completed his urologic residency in 1986 at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Faulkner is board certified and is an active member of the American Urological Association. He has special interest in incontinence and urologic tumors.
HELEN C. AHN, M.D. is a 1994 graduate of Northwestern University and a 1998 graduate of Northwestern University Medical School. She completed her urologic training at Loyola Univeristy in 2004. Dr. Ahn is board certified by the American Board of Urology. Dr. Ahn is an active member of the American Urological Association and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. She has a special interest in stone disease.
AMELIA FALAT, PA-C is a 2012 graduate from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL. Amelia completed her training in 2012 and is certified as a Physician Assistant. She is interested in all aspects of urological care. |
